A women's footwear brand added ₹77L from retention in six months — with zero extra ad spend.

A premium, design-forward label — ~₹2,200 AOV, a fast-moving catalogue, selling pan-India. Repeats had gone flat, a 300k-contact list was fatiguing, and one-size WhatsApp blasts weren't landing. The founders wanted growth without bombarding the same buyers with discounts.
